We do not own mines, we do not operate mines, and we do not take equity. Equally critical is our mining and regional operations team — predominantly Latin American-born and raised, with native fluency, deep cultural understanding, and longstanding local networks across Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, and beyond. Luciano Duque

Chief Executive Officer

Seasoned global business executive and entrepreneur, with 20+ years of experience in the US and international business in a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on Capital Markets and Fintech. Extensive experience in business startups in North, Central, and South America, including the startup/structuring of a US Broker-Dealer. Track record on Investment Banking in LatAm for deal origination, negotiation, structuring, and Placement. Former International Client Advisor for Morgan Stanley. Experience structuring investment funds. Extensive US and International Broker-Dealer, family/multifamily office, and fund allocators network. Knowledge and experience in digital assets, asset tokenization, and secondary trading of securities (ATS). Mechanical Engineer. FINRA licenses: Investment Banking (79), Investment Advisory (66), Securities Broker (7), Commodities broker (3), and Securities Principal (24).

Emilio Doens

Chief Mining Officer

Emilio Doens is a mining engineer with a postgraduate degree in geothermal technology, specializing in geophysics and geology, from the Geothermal Institute at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Throughout his career, he has integrated mining engineering with environmental and energy management. His work skillfully blends a deep technical understanding of the soil with a strategic vision of risks, regulations, and investor projections regarding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). He has experience in the creation, planning, and management of projects in the geotechnical, energy, and environmental fields. He has led teams to create and implement solutions aimed at optimizing resources, reducing operating costs, and increasing environmental efficiency, combining technical judgment with financial and governance factors. This combination of executive leadership and project management enables him to bridge the gap between the realities of mining operations and the demands of international regulators and capital markets. His expertise includes designing and implementing carbon credit projects related to the decarbonization of mining operations, preparing, verifying greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, and calculating water footprints for high-impact assets. Emilio has collaborated on ESG and environmental performance audits, helping companies meet international standards and clearly communicate results to banks, investors, and sustainability rating agencies. His perspective combines international reporting frameworks with business needs, enabling access to sustainable financing and strengthening the social license to operate. A certified consultant and auditor, he supports companies and banks in managing climate-related risks, assessing valuable opportunities during the energy transition, and conducting technical and sustainable project evaluations. His experience also allows him to transform operational and environmental metrics into metrics that are understandable to the bank's finance department, helping to improve investment decisions and make them more informed and aligned with resilience and decarbonization goals. In his role as Chief Mining Officer, Emilio promotes operating models that seek to increase productivity and safety, while reducing the environmental footprint and strengthening the industry's reputation with global stakeholders.

Rodrigo Calles

Chief Geologist

Rodrigo Calles is a geologist and Certified Professional Geologist with more than 35 years of experience in mineral exploration, geological modeling, resource evaluation, and project management. His career spans all stages of exploration across a wide range of commodities, including base and precious metals, lithium, borates, potash, coal, and industrial minerals. He has worked on projects in Mexico, Argentina, the United States, Turkey, Serbia, and Spain, bringing both international perspective and deep technical expertise to complex mining environments. He holds a Master’s Degree in Geology from the University of Sonora and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Chihuahua. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in exploration strategy, geological interpretation, data management, and technical reporting, with particular experience in helping define and evaluate mineral deposits and improve project development decisions. Mr. Calles has held senior technical and leadership roles with Tocvan Ventures, Servicios Geológicos IMEx, SRK Consulting, and Rio Tinto. In these positions, he has led exploration programs, managed multidisciplinary teams, overseen QA/QC systems, supported geological modeling and resource estimation, and helped implement modern data management standards across multiple jurisdictions. His experience includes work on gold, lithium, borate, and industrial mineral projects, as well as the management of regional and near-mine exploration programs. He has also served as an author or co-author of multiple NI 43-101 technical reports and has acted as a Qualified Person under Canadian reporting standards. His background combines strong field experience with technical rigor, operational oversight, and a disciplined approach to project evaluation. At C3 Bullion, Mr. Calles contributes his geological expertise to the technical assessment, advancement, and oversight of mining-related opportunities, helping support the Company’s focus on disciplined, transparent, and resource-based project development.
